Located in Section 9, Township 4 North, Range 25 East. This cemetery is located about 3 1/4 miles west of Hodgen on the grounds of the historic Peter Conser Home.
The family name was "Coinson" but was later changed to Conser. The Conser community was name for Peter Conser. He served as a representative and senator in the Choctaw legislature, as well as Sheriff of Sugar Loaf County and Captain of the Choctaw Lighthorsemen, the law enforcement agency of the Moshulatubbee District of the Choctaw Nation, Indian Territoy. He was also a farmer and owned several business. His second and third wives operated the post office in his general store.
